TikTok Video Download on iPhone with Safari
📅 31 August 2026 · RedNoteViDownload Guides
iPhones handle downloads differently than Android — files don't just appear in your gallery. Here's the complete, tested Safari workflow so nothing confuses you.
Step by step (iOS)
- In the TikTok app: Share → Copy Link.
- Open Safari (not Chrome — Safari handles downloads most smoothly on iOS) and go to RedNoteViDownload.
- Tap the input box → 📋 Paste → Download.
- When the download finishes, tap the download icon (circle with arrow, near the address bar) → Downloads.
Moving the video to your Photos app
- Open the Files app → Downloads.
- Tap the video → tap the share icon (bottom-left).
- Choose Save Video — it now appears in Photos like any camera video.
Common iOS quirks, solved
- Video plays instead of downloading: long-press the video → "Download Linked File"
- Can't find the file: Files app → Browse → Downloads (or iCloud Drive → Downloads)
- Low on storage: check Settings → General → iPhone Storage before big batches
