Will my video have an original quality?

No. We fetch the original-quality source in the highest available quality — up to HD and 4K where the platform provides it.

Can I download only the audio?

Yes. Select MP3 before downloading to extract audio from any video — perfect for music and sound clips.

Can I download photos and covers?

Yes. Select JPG to save images, photo posts and video covers in full resolution.

Why did my download not start automatically?

Some mobile browsers block automatic downloads. When the progress reaches 100%, a green "Click here" link also appears — tap it once and your file will save.

The link failed to process. What now?

First, make sure you copied the full share link from the app (Share → Copy Link). Then simply tap Download again — our engine has multiple backup routes, and a retry usually succeeds within seconds.
