How to Download Facebook Videos on Mobile (Android & iPhone

Facebook's app lets you "Save" videos — but only inside Facebook, and only until the post is deleted. To actually keep a video in your gallery, you need a browser and 15 seconds.

The mobile method

1. On the video or Reel, tap ⋯ (three dots) → Copy Link.
2. Open your browser and go to RedNoteViDownload.
3. Paste → MP4 → Download. Done.

• Android: the file lands in Downloads and shows up in your gallery automatically
• iPhone: find it in Files → Downloads, then share → Save Video to move it into Photos

Which Facebook videos can be saved

• ✅ Reels, Watch videos, public page posts, public group videos
• ❌ Friends-only or private posts — if a browser can't open the link without logging in, no tool can fetch it (that's privacy working as intended)
