Found a song you'll never Shazam in time, a spoken recipe, or a lo-fi mix that only exists on RedNote? Pull the audio in seconds.

How it works

Every video has an audio track inside it. When you choose an audio option in our quality list, the server extracts that track into a standard AAC (M4A) audio file — the same format iTunes and YouTube use — playable in every music app.

The two quality choices

OptionSize (5 min)Use for
256 kbps~9–10 MBMusic — indistinguishable from the source for most ears
128 kbps~4.5–5 MBSpeech, ambient, podcasts — half the size

Step by step

  1. Copy the video link in RedNote → paste on the homepage → Download.
  2. In the quality list pick 256 kbps or 128 kbps (rows marked MP3).
  3. Tap Download — the audio file saves like any other download.

On iPhone it opens in Files and can be added to Music; on Android it appears in your music player automatically.

Great uses

  • Background tracks you can't identify — archive now, identify later.
  • Language-learning clips for repeat listening on a walk.
  • Recipe narrations you can play hands-free while cooking.

Quality note

The audio we extract is the exact track embedded in the video — we never re-compress to MP3 from scratch. If the source video had muffled audio, the extraction will too; pick 256k for the best possible copy.

Quick answers

Why M4A and not .mp3?
AAC (in an M4A container) is the modern successor to MP3 — better quality per megabyte and natively supported by iPhone, Android, Windows and macOS. It opens everywhere .mp3 does.
