Photo carousels are some of RedNote's best content — outfit grids, recipe steps, travel maps. And notoriously, there's no download button. Until now.
Why you can't just screenshot
Screenshots capture your screen resolution minus the app UI — a fraction of the original. RedNote stores photos at up to 1080×1440 or higher; our tool fetches the original file, pixel-for-pixel, with no interface baked in.
Saving a gallery note
- Copy the note's link exactly like a video: Share → Copy Link.
- Paste into RedNoteViDownload and press Download.
- Instead of a quality list, you'll see one row per photo — Photo 1, Photo 2… each with its own Download button.
- Tap each row's Download. Photos save as full-quality JPEGs.
Grabbing a video's cover image
Video notes include their cover in the quality list too — look for the JPG row labeled Cover image. Useful for thumbnails, mood boards and reference folders.
Organization ideas
- Recipes: one folder per dish, photos in step order.
- Travel: save itinerary maps offline — no roaming needed at the airport.
- Fashion: build a look-book album in Google Photos.
A note on respect
These photos are creators' work — often their carefully styled photography. Keep downloads for personal reference; always credit and ask before re-posting anywhere.
