Can't read 小红书? No problem — you only need one button (Share) and our tool speaks 25 languages. Here's the whole path, explained in plain English.

Two names, one platform

Xiaohongshu (小红书, "little red book") is the original Chinese service; RedNote is its international name. Links from either app work the same in our downloader — xiaohongshu.com, rednote.com and xhslink short links are all supported.

Finding the Share button without reading Chinese

  1. Open the video post in the app.
  2. Look for the arrow icon (分享 = share) — top-right on most screens.
  3. In the share sheet, tap the chain/link icon (复制链接 = copy link).
  4. Done — the link is on your clipboard even if the text around it is Chinese.

Download it in your own language

Open our homepage — it auto-detects your browser language and shows all 25 languages (English, Hindi, Español, العربية and more). Paste the link, press Download, pick a quality. The video itself is language-free; the interface is yours.

If the link fails

Share links carry a security token that ages out — if you copied the link a while ago, copy a fresh one and it will almost always work. Region-locked or login-walled notes are rarer but real; see every fix, step by step.

A note for readers in restricted regions

Some countries restrict access to RedNote/Xiaohongshu (India among them). Our tool only processes publicly accessible links and cannot make restricted content reachable; please follow your local laws and the platform's terms wherever you are.

Quick answers

My link shows Chinese error text — what now?
It is usually an expired token. Copy a fresh link from the app and paste again; if it still fails, try the fixes guide.
Do xhslink.com short links work?
Yes — paste them as-is; we follow the redirect to the real note automatically.
