Our position
RedNoteViDownload does not host a content library: media is fetched temporarily at a user's request and auto-deleted within an hour. Even so, we take copyright seriously and provide this process for rights holders.
How to file a takedown notice
Email dmca@rednotevidownload.com (or support@rednotevidownload.com subject "DMCA") with:
- Your full name and contact information (email required);
- Identification of the copyrighted work (for example, the RedNote note URL and your creator profile);
- The specific URL(s) on OUR site that concern you, if any;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is fine).
What we do
- Valid notices are reviewed within 72 hours (usually faster).
- Where technically possible we block the reported RedNote URLs from being processed by our tool.
- We reply to confirm what action was taken.
Counter-notice
If you believe your content was reported in error, reply with a counter-notice containing your contact details, identification of the material, and a good-faith statement. We will review and may restore processing where lawful.
Repeat misuse
Knowingly false claims may carry legal liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f) and similar laws. Please file carefully.
Respecting intellectual property
All trademarks and all content referenced belong to their respective owners. Our role is limited to processing a publicly accessible link at the user's request; rights holders stay in control through this takedown process, our abuse channel and our blocking of reported URLs.
